With all the messy divorces going on in Hollywood, it's comforting to see that love is still in the celebrity air.  This time it's reportedly happening to Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz.  And there are rumors swirling that Pete asked Ashlee to marry him.  And she reportedly said "Yes."

It hasn't been officially released yet, but according to some insiders, Ashlee and Pete were officially betrothed last week.  It all happened before a Fall Out Boy concert, backstage.

And sources were telling all about it.  "Ashlee wasn't expecting it at all, it was a total surprise.  Pete whipped out a big engagement ring, dropped down on one knee, and asked Ashlee to be his bride. Ashlee says it was romantic, sexy — and that she said yes right away."

Joe Simpson also claims that these two are engaged.

I mean come on!! Ashlee! After all those people in the world. I'm not a teenie and I dont have a crush on him either. But if it makes him happy, than I will accept for this one moment. Still, if I ever find out that Ashlee is hurting him in any way than we have a problem.
